Land at Yelvertoft is left to son Robert and an annual allowance to his daughter Elizabeth. His household goods, including plate, china, dairy and brewing vessels are left to his wife. Complex financial arrangements are made for his other named children - Mary, Thomas, Catherine and William. In a further two page codicil, dated 17 Jan 1833, at which time he is "of Elkington" he mentions his son James. The three executors and trustees of his will are: Robert Heygate of Nobottle (parish of Brington), Thomas Underwood of West Haddon and James Manton of Cottesbrooke - all relatives.
